the emergence of the Supmaran

The story of SUPMaRaN started already 30 years ago.
As a windsurfing kid with a lot of imagination, the idea of building a catamaran out of two old surfboards was pretty obvious. At that time, however, the focus was on sailing (with a windsurfing sail). Unfortunately, it remained only a fantasy.

It wasn’t until the invention of inflatable SUP boards that the project really got a boost in the summer of 2019. Until the serial product with brand registration, 4 generations of prototypes were then created in the heart of Switzerland and Austria.
Ready for delivery in August 2023, the “SUPMaRaN Light” is now available for pre-order in our two stores.
